So Many Mike

When I first began advertising as a professionally dominant woman and still accepted phone bookings, I got a phone call from a young man who gave his name as Mike. When I made a little hmm noise, he asked, in a rather embarrassed way, if he should choose a different fake name. I've always felt that, if you're going to use a fake name, you should have fun and choose one heck of an alias. At least don't choose Mike!
